Please note that if you are attending both APAC and AWTC Conferences, we (AWTC Organisers) will arrange the accommodation for your during the APAC conference on request.

Registration Procedure

• You can choose to fill the Registration form online OR download the Registration Booklet and fill out the Registration form offline.
• If you choose to fill offline, please scan and send the form as an attachment to: [email protected].The Registrar will send you confirmation of the receipt of your form. 
• Make sure you choose your workshop priorities. Please note that you will be assigned to the workshop group on a "first come first served" basis. Please be prepared to be included in the group of your second or third choice.
• If you opt for us to arrange your transfers from the airport or city to the resort, please send email to the Registrar: [email protected] with your date and time of arrival and flight details.   
• For payment of Early Bird Registration fee (by Jan 1, 2011) and Regular Registration fee (by March 1, 2011) fees, pay Bank-to-Bank using the details provided under PAYMENT PARTICULARS.   
• Once the payment is made, please scan and email the deposit slip as an attachment to : [email protected]. Please make sure your name and account number on the deposit slip are clearly visible.   
• Please note that registrations are valid only upon confirmation of payment by the Registrar.
• If you are choosing on-site payment options, please make sure you confirm your registrations by writing to the registrar: [email protected] and carry a copy of the e-mail confirmation from the registrar. In this case, your choice of Workshops will be confirmed only at the venue and will be subject to availability.
• For Cancellations please email to: c[email protected]. Please note that only 80% of the fee paid will be returned provided that the cancellations are made on or before 12th April 2011. There will be no refunds after this date.

you must be or should have worked in a Waldorf Kindergarten or a Waldorf School.
